TNT and Tobin Jr have worked on a lot of my vehicles and my family’s vehicles towed as well I worked at another huge place in Boone that I secretly sent him customers to because of the trust he had built up with me on taking care of so many types of cars and trucks and jeeps he has done . The last one he fixed was my moms Cadillac 2005 Seville with an oil leak that kept a light flashing with oil pressure Low Stop engine Scared me to death he fixed it in less then 2 hours. He is in my opinion my favorite tech up here and can do all kinds of work . He also works on Hot Rods turbo cars and his specialty is Diagnostic Thankful to have him as a friend and mechanic . I will go no where else Gurney Kaufman

This past week was the 1st time I have needed my truck repaired since moving here from FL in July after my divorce. My truck was making a god awful noise in the engine compartment. I started researching repair facilities, asking random people and local FB groups for recommendations and reading reviews. (Let it be known that I have worked in the repair industry for 10+ years in the office of my exhusband's busy repair shop.) I decided on this shop and just showed up on a Wednesday at 4:45pm. Josh, in the office, was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. When I told him I had to drive my teenagers to meet their Dad in GA on Saturday morning, he didnt even hesitate to tell me to bring my truck in first thing in the morning and he would get it taken care of. He also made sure that I had a business card and was aware they had 24 hour towing available if I needed it. I brought my vehicle in the next morning and they immediately brought my truck in to diagnose the issue. Turns out it was the timing chain. Josh provided me with a detailed estimate and I decided that I had to have the repair done. Being that the parts had to be ordered and would not be in until afternoon and that I don't know a soul that could transport me back home, Josh offered me a ride. While my truck was being repaired, I was kept informed of the progress, as they knew I needed it back Friday for my trip. When my vehicle was just about finished, Josh sent someone to my home to pick me back up. They even stayed late to get my vehicle done. Since this was a major repair and I had a 400+ mile trip to take the next day, Josh even offered me his personal cell number in case I had any issues. Having spent a few hours at this shop on both Thursday and Friday, I had interactions with every single person who works here as well as the owner, Tobin. They are all very friendly and work well as a team. The shop is in a good location and easy to find. They are competitive on their pricing and they work hard to provide excellent customer service. If I had to say a negative, it would be that you have to bring your own coffee! Although, I understand that won't be an issue after the New Year. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that I have found my repair shop and I will trust these guys implicitly with all my vehicle repairs and upgrades!

My car needed a tow this morning and TNT was dispatched by AAA. Even though my county doesn't have a single AAA vendor, the TNT tow truck from a neighboring county was there within half an hour to help me out of a dilemma in mountainous, rural NC. Thanks so much - you guys ROCK!
