I was celebrating my birthday up in the mountains and my car alternator went bad on me. What I thought was an unlucky day turned out to be a lucky day when my car was towed to TNT. They really did an outstanding job with my car. There were things wrong with my car that I had no clue. Now it runs like it's brand new again! I live 65 miles away in Morganton and look forward to having my oil changed every 5000 mi at TNT.

We would recommend this business to anyone needing car care! My alternator went out on a short trip to North Carolina. We were in a time crunch to leave for Pa; they cleared their work schedule to put in a new alternator and we were on our way within 3 hours. All the men who helped us and worked on my car were kind, considerate, and professional.

This is a great shop with an honest, hardworking owner and crew. When our engine gave out on our way to a Tennessee vacation, Tobin and his technician, Trevor, went out of their way to get it repaired as quickly as possible. They even had it delivered to our home five hours away. Tobin apologized repeatedly for not having it done before the end of our vacation, but I've seen jobs half as big take two or three times as long. There are shops where we would still be waiting just to have the problem identified. Jason always kept us updated on their progress and even downloaded WhatsApp to communicate with me because I didn't have cell phone service at our vacation cabin. If we lived closer, TNT would be getting all of my future business for service and repairs!

The technicians are not only knowledgeable, they are friendly! Jason, the administrative manager is highly competent and will work hard to accommodate my schedule. They are even helpful and flexible with me when I forget my appointment time and show up late. They are not the cheapest game in town but all of the technicians are highly competent and the hourly rate they charge is worth every penny considering the level of knowledge and competence that they provide.
